Jet's CPU is back to full capacity with a new postage meter now.
The new postage meter we were sent turned out to be faulty, but a new one should be here by tomorrow afternoon.  In the meantime, Jet's CPU can only sell stamps and process mail under 13 ounces.
This February, Jet will be hosting the artwork of Gracelyn Kilpatrick in our dining area, and this Friday, Feburary 1st, we will be having a reception for her show with refreshments from 5-8 PM.  Please come down and check it out!  Here is a link to Gracelyn's web site:

Jet's CPU will be closed this Martin Luther King Day, but we will still be open for DVD rentals and ice cream.  In honor of Dr. King, here is a free documentary about the events surrounding his assassination:
Jet's Post Office can now accept credit and debit cards for payment.  We take Visa/MC and Discover.
The part we needed arrived this afternoon, so Jet's CPU is fully operational again for packages over 13 oz.
Our new postage meter arrived this morning, but it turns out that it's another component in the system that's been causing the problem.  That's on its way now and should be arriving either Saturday or Monday.  In the meantime, we will be unable to ship any packages over 13 oz.
