I bought this beautiful doll from the lovely Sarah at Bit Of Whimsy Dolls. I mentioned her in another post a while ago. She has a fabulous new website now and it is filled with just the most beautiful girl, boy and animal dolls. We are going to be re-homing a frog very soon for my son! Where has it gone? Over the weekend my little baby became a 6 month old!Everyday I am thankful for this little bundle of pure joy. Everyday I am thankful that I am able to be a mother. easy ‘vintage’ bassinet sheets

My little girl is 3 months old now and is still in her bassinet. I love that she is sleeping on sheets that not only remind me of my childhood, they are from my childhood. I call them ‘vintage’ as they are 25+ years old. Thankfully my Mum kept them even after I had moved out of home. :o}Her bassinet mattress fits well inside my old pillowcases – no cutting or sewing involved {which is good since I am hopeless at sewing!}.I am hoping to use the flat sheets and doona covers as sheets […]

I wasn’t very organised this time around. I left quite a few things to the very last minute, and haven’t even washed all the clothes, blankets, sheets, bibs…I am happy though that I was organised enough to buy this most beautiful butterfly mobile from TigerTribe. It is perfect and whimsical and just what I was looking for.x
